About the role

Responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to budget and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises construction activities to ensure project goals are met.
• Ensures compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Manages subcontractors and vendors to maintain project integrity.
• Communicates effectively with clients and stakeholders to address concerns and resolve issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
