Civil Construction Concrete Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage construction crews
• Interpret and read blueprints for layout and project specifications
• Ensure proper preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete slabs
• Perform site assessments and ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards
• Ensure the safe operation of equipment and adherence to safety protocols
• Provide clear communication with project managers, clients, and crew members
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth project flow
• Maintain a clean and organized work site
• Ensure that all work is completed according to specifications and within project timelines

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 3-5 years of experience supervising crews in concrete and dirt work
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience laying out concrete slabs
• Ability to travel for various job sites as needed
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
