This is not simply a coordination role. It is an opportunity to build systems, drive execution, and help create an exceptional experience for participants, faculty, and stakeholders.The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and energized by turning big ideas into actionable plans while ensuring every detail is executed effectively.QualificationsRequiredFive or more years of experience in program management, political campaigns, civic engagement, leadership development, or related fields.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.Strong understanding of campaign operations, electoral processes, public service pathways, or civic leadership development.Exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-management skills.Demonstrated ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and drive projects to completion.An appreciation for diverse perspectives and a commitment to fostering constructive dialogue, personal growth, and effective leadership.PreferredExperience supporting candidate training programs, leadership fellowships, public policy initiatives, or political incubators.Knowledge of local, state, and federal electoral environments.Experience working within entrepreneurial, fast-growing nonprofit organizations.Familiarity with participant engagement platforms, CRM systems, or program evaluation tools.Why Join Us?This is a rare opportunity to help launch and shape a program with meaningful civic impact while working directly alongside organizational leadership.
