What You’ll Do
- Support operations organization by ensuring operational data is correct, and users are set up correctly to use the operating systems.
- Run quality assurance and data audit activities to ensure data is accurate and updated.
- Manage process-based customer needs on behalf of the operations team, such as payments, alcohol applications, tobacco licenses, health permits, etc., liaising with external counsel as required.
- Train the operations team on the use of systems, acting as the key interface with the team via phone and email support in a professional and efficient manner.
- Support other activities within Business Operations as required.

What Else You Need To Know
- This role is based in our San Francisco office location.
- The base starting rate for this role is $34.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
