What You’ll Do
- Manage Operational Data: Maintain clean, accurate data to ensure smooth real-world deliveries.
- Handle Quality Assurance: Run regular audits and quality checks to catch errors and keep operations efficient.
- Solve Operational Problems: Resolve complex issues, process payments, and handle regulatory permits.
- Train and Support the Team: Act as the internal expert on company systems, training new users and providing phone/email support.
- Adapt to a Fast-Paced Environment: Take on diverse business operations projects as needed, gaining exposure to different areas of a growing tech company.

What Else You Need To Know
- This role is based in our Los Angeles office location.
- The base starting rate for this role is $30.00/hr. Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
