About the role
Citizens Teller positions at our branches make a real difference for our customers and the branch team. You’ll greet our customers in our lobbies, demonstrate how to use our mobile app or ATMs, and create amazing experiences for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in branch lobbies
- Demonstrate use of mobile app and ATMs for simple transactions
- Create amazing experiences for customers by providing personalized advice and solutions
- Respond to customer questions and concerns while following financial policies and procedures
Requirements
- High School degree or GED
- Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments)
- Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to enhance and develop a long-term customer relationship
- Problem solving and solution providing abilities
- Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service
- Comfortable with using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals
- Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings
Qualifications

Pay
$21 / hour and up
Schedule
Varies with branch needs and may include weekends and evenings
