About the role
Citizens Teller positions are vital to our customer service and banking operations. Our team members are responsible for greeting customers, demonstrating our mobile app and ATMs, and providing personalized advice and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in our branches
- Demonstrate and explain how to use our mobile app and ATMs
- Create positive customer experiences by offering advice and solutions
- Educate customers about our products and benefits
- Follow all financial policies and procedures, including proper cash handling and compliance with laws and regulations
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments)
- Minimum 1 year of customer experience, including recommending and referring products and services
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions
- Comfortable with digital technology
- Willingness to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
Qualifications
