Starting Salary: $25 / hour and up
Citizens Bankers are the face of the branch. They devote their time getting to know their customers and building lasting relationships by providing trusted advice.

Responsibilities

- Using strong communication and problem-solving skills — along with your broad range of financial knowledge — you’ll provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions, supporting spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs. - Get to know customers’ personal financial goals and recommend tailored solutions to help achieve them. - Introduce customers to digital and mobile-first ways to handle banking transactions, like on our app or through our ATMs. - Collaborate with partners in Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking to help customers with more complex financial needs. - Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkup appointments.

Requirements

- High School degree or GED required - 2 years of sales and customer service experience, demonstrating an ability to meet or exceed goals - Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship - Proven success with building relationships, and recommending and referring products and services through in-person and phone interactions - Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals - Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues - Recognized ability to strengthen relationships with teammates, business partners and specialists through collaboration - Self-motivated, confident and ability to multitask effectively - Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings - Meet and comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act, including, but not limited to successful completion of the pre-employment screening checks and obtaining a unique identifier from the NMLS.

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $25.48- $31.25 per hour. Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.

Pay Schedule

- Hours per Week: 40 - Work Schedule: Varies with branch needs and may include weekends and evenings
