Responsibilities

  • Get to know customers’ personal financial goals and recommend tailored solutions to help achieve them, such as planning for the future, buying a home, or opening a new credit card.
  • Introduce customers to digital and mobile-first ways to handle banking transactions, like using our app or ATMs.
  • Collaborate with partners in Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking to assist customers with more complex financial needs.
  • Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkup appointments.
  • Follow all financial policies and procedures, including proper cash handling, and comply with state and local laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • 2 years of sales and customer service experience, demonstrating an ability to meet or exceed goals.
  • Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve customer relationships.
  • Proven success in building relationships and recommending products and services through in-person and phone interactions.
  • Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support business goals.
  • Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
  • Ability to strengthen relationships with teammates, business partners, and specialists through collaboration.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings.
  • Meet and comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act, including successful completion of pre-employment screening checks and obtaining a unique identifier from the NMLS.

Qualified candidates must complete a video interview assessment after applying, to be completed within 7 days of receiving the link.

Preferred Skills

  • 1 year of cash handling experience.

Benefits

  • Meaningful work and relationships by helping customers with important financial decisions.
  • 8 hours of paid time off annually for volunteering, separate from regular PTO.
  • Donation matching for eligible 501(c)(3) organizations, up to $1,000 annually.
  • Career growth opportunities through training, coaching, and development resources.
  • Comprehensive health care coverage, including medical, dental, and vision plans.
  • 401K with corporate match.
  • Tuition assistance.
