About the role

Lead all food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and team engagement. You’ll oversee budgets, drive sales, and inspire your team while maintaining high standards in food quality, cleanliness, and service. Occasionally, you’ll contribute creatively in the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Organize, direct, and supervise all food and beverage preparation and service—from Restaurant to Banquets—using standardized recipes to ensure consistent, high-quality dishes.
• Maintain spotless, sanitized, and safe environments while reducing waste and improving efficiency.
• Develop and execute memorable menus and events, collaborating with the Chef on pricing and banquet setups.
• Lead kitchen staff, manage all outlets, and create visually appealing displays to ensure smooth operations.
• Safeguard sensitive information, cash, and secure areas with professionalism and integrity.
• Travel for company business as needed, ensuring safe and responsible conduct.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in hospitality or a related field.
• Associate’s, bachelor’s, or culinary degree (or equivalent experience).
• Certifications: Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.
• Proficiency with Windows, spreadsheets, word processing, and basic technology.
• Extensive management experience in restaurant, bar, banquet, catering, room service, and kitchen operations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under pressure.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and financial analysis.
• Familiarity with hotel operations, departmental functions, and industry trends.
• Ability to build professional relationships and maintain open communication with staff and departments.
