Responsibilities

• Support IT Policy activities to include, but not be limited to:
• Provide subject matter expertise on IT Policy as it relates to data governance, artificial intelligence, ODNI Enterprise IT, and Cybersecurity capabilities policy
• Provide support with identifying, reviewing, and analyzing relevant USG policies, practices, and procedures to ensure that Sponsor information technology, cybersecurity, data, and artificial intelligence efforts are compliant
• Drafting editing, and facilitating the coordination and execution of policies, processes, and procedures, including instructions, policy, and guidance to Sponsor stakeholders, subject to Sponsor review and approval
• Ensuring projects are aware of the standards and governance they need to comply with and advising them on how to comply
• Recommending approaches to tailor Sponsor specified governance to align with the selected Agile software development and engineering framework; and making Agile teams aware of standards and governance they need to comply with (e.g., data security), and advising them on how to comply

Requirements

• Required Education / Certifications: · Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and seven to twelve years of related experience is required.

Qualifications

• The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is $128,000 to $270,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
