Circuit Design Engineer
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Circuit Design Engineer to join our team. Your responsibilities will include researching, designing, developing, and testing electrical equipment, components, or systems. You will utilize your knowledge of electrical theory and materials properties, applying advanced theories, principles, and concepts to contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. You will also lead the development of solutions to complex problems.
Responsibilities
- Research and design electrical equipment, components, or systems
- Develop and test manufacturing and installation processes
- Employ knowledge of electrical theory and materials properties
- Contribute to the development of new principles and concepts
- Lead the development of solutions to highly complex problems
Requirements
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Verilog, C, C++, Bash, or Java
- Experience with simulation, test, and evaluation
- Experience with Register Transfer Level (RTL) in circuit design, including RTL design, verification, and timing analysis
- Experience with Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs)
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and 10+ years of experience designing Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs)
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and 5+ years of experience designing Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs)

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
