Responsibilities
- Lead startup, shakedown, and operational readiness activities for CIP systems and associated manufacturing equipment.
- Provide shift leadership for operators and technicians on a rotating 12-hour night shift schedule, ensuring safe and efficient execution of daily activities.
- Troubleshoot equipment, process, and operational issues encountered during startup and early production campaigns.
- Partner with engineering, maintenance, validation, and manufacturing teams to drive system reliability and support site readiness.
- Promote GMP compliance, strong shift-to-shift communication, and continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or industrial production environment.
- Demonstrated startup and shakedown experience supporting manufacturing processes, utility systems, or production equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause investigation skills in a fast-paced operational setting.
- Knowledge of GMP regulations, safety requirements, and standard operating procedures.
- Ability to effectively lead teams and collaborate with cross-functional groups during facility startup activities.
Compensation
Salary Range: $60-$75/hr (USD)
