About the role

We are partnering with a fast-growing, $500M global professional services organization to hire a hands-on, strategic CIO who wants real ownership and impact while working alongside an exceptional, highly collaborative leadership team. This leader will step in mid-implementation of a major Salesforce-driven transformation.

• Enterprise systems modernization
• Workforce enablement
• Operational excellence at scale

Requirements

• Has led IT for organizations of ~300–800 employees with budgets under $5M
• Owns ERP systems and integrates platforms like Salesforce (Sales, Service & Experience Clouds)
• Drives modernization initiatives end-to-end (requirements gathering, build vs. buy, execution)
• Builds and leads lean, high-performing global teams (~15 people)
• Brings strong professional services experience and high personal integrity
