Cinical Research Coordinator I

Responsibilities

- Conducting IRB approved clinical trial protocols: identifying, screening, randomizing, and enrolling patients, conducting clinic visits, etc. - Performing and assisting with direct patient care activities: consenting patients, conducting physical assessments, drawing blood, administering medications, performing ECGs, etc. - Maintaining accurate and compliant data entry, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting productive site visits, setting up and maintaining study materials, and adhering strictly to study protocols. - Communicating effectively with leadership and colleagues, responding promptly to questions and issues, and correcting problems as they arise. - Staying organized and focused while managing multiple protocols, submitting IRB responses, auditing findings, tracking adverse event and serious adverse event events, and maintaining electronic source documentation for assigned studies. - Demonstrating a strong commitment to the company's values, mission, and initiatives, and embodying these values in all interactions.

Qualifications

- Certification in areas such as MA, phlebotomy, or similar. - Strong interpersonal skills and a bias for action. - Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain strict protocol adherence. - Effective communication skills and the ability to foster relationships with various stakeholders. - Ability to remain focused and efficient while managing multiple tasks and responsibilities. - Enthusiasm for contributing to the development of new therapies in fields such as Gastroenterology, Urology, Dermatology, and Oncology.
