- Ability to describe visual scenes with depth and specificity — without relying on dialogue.
- Strong structured writing skills with a knack for translating what you see into clear, analytical language.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable re-watching clips to ensure accuracy.
- Self-motivated and reliable working independently in an async environment.
