We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real content. We need to parse the job posting. First, identify sections: - Purpose and Impact: description of role, mission, etc. Could be "About the role" or "Purpose and Impact". We'll use

About the role

maybe. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose appropriate headings. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. We need to include Work Schedule info: Monday – Friday, 8hr days, typical 8am-4pm (not accounting for lunch breaks) but may be some daily schedule flexibility with approval from team lead/PM (within typical building access hours of 6am to 6pm). That's schedule. Pay: Compensation Details: $85,000 - $100,000. Benefits: Benefits Overview list. Responsibilities: Essential Responsibilities bullet list (two paragraphs). Also maybe "Other Responsibilities" includes Safety, Quality, Procedure Compliance. Those are responsibilities but could be separate? Probably combine under Responsibilities. Requirements: Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) list. Also Clearance Required: TS/SCI, Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree, Minimum Years of Experience: 8 years, Required Certifications: None. Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications. Skills: maybe part of Minimum Requirements includes skills like data manipulation, etc. Could separate but we can include under Requirements. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's structure:

About the role

Purpose and Impact: The MID CI Analyst will support the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Office of Entity Vetting (EV). CI performs an essential function for the related processes above through its Threat Integration Branch (TIB), which provides timely, relevant, and actionable threat reports that allow EV decision-makers to determine what actions are prudent in a particular case. CI supports the DCSA mission to protect classified and sensitive information and materials in the hands of industry by ensuring compliance with Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 32, Part 117 (National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM)), Executive Order 12829 as amended, Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 5220.32, Volumes 1 and 2 DoDI 5205.85 and Public Law 116-92, Section 847. EV consists of highly qualified security, intelligence, and business professionals making up the Verification and Triage Unit (VTU), Due Diligence Unit (DDU), and Risk Management Unit (RMU). VTU is responsible for the review and triage of companies for business or foreign ownership, control, or influence (FOCI) risk indicators. In addition, VTU adjudicates companies’ eligibility, and continued eligibility for an FCL. DDU conducts business and security-related research and analysis of companies to inform decision makers of risks impacting initial and continued entity eligibility. RMU evaluates relevant analytic products to develop effective risk management strategies addressing risks impacting eligibility of a company. In addition, RMU negotiates and implements required strategies with industry, and provides oversight support to other government stakeholders and DCSA field assets.

That's a lot but okay. Next, Work Environment etc maybe part of About the role? Could be separate but not required. We'll keep as part of About. Next, Work Schedule: schedule.

Schedule

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8hr days, typical 8am-4pm (not accounting for lunch breaks) but may be some daily schedule flexibility with approval from team lead/PM (within typical building access hours of 6am to 6pm).

Next, Responsibilities: We have Essential Responsibilities (two paragraphs) and Other Responsibilities (Safety, Quality, Procedure Compliance). We'll combine into a list. Let's extract: Essential Responsibilities: - Produces IC-coordinated all-source intelligence analytic products on foreign intelligence entities capabilities, intentions, willingness, and opportunities to threaten U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) personnel, resources, activities, and interests worldwide. Analysis is comprised of regional and functional CI topics, including foreign intelligence threats to Defense Critical Infrastructure Program (DCIP) and DoD supply chains and emerging technologies, and threats from foreign intelligence technical equipment to the DoD. - Provides analytic support to senior officials, collectors, and operators throughout the DoD, IC, and law enforcement agencies/organizations and for DCSA’s CI programs, functions, and mission activities. Other Responsibilities: - Safety - Amentum enforces a safety culture whereby all employees have the responsibility for continuously developing and maintaining a safe work environment. It is our policy to consistently provide services that meet customer expectations. Accordingly, each employee must conform to the Amentum Quality Policy and carry out job activities in compliance with applicable Amentum Quality System documents and customer contracts. Each employee must read and understand his/her Quality Management and Customer Satisfaction responsibilities. - Procedure Compliance - Each employee must read, understand and implement the general and specific operational, safety, quality and environmental requirements of all plans, procedures and policies pertaining to his/her job. We'll put these as
  • items. Next, Requirements / Qualifications. Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): - Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category - Minimum 8 years’ experience applying data analysis, trend analysis and problem-solving techniques. - Contractor must be knowledgeable of data manipulation within databases and Microsoft software packages. - Minimum 8 years’ experience in Ability to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and recommend solutions. - Minimum 8 years’ experience in Ability and skill in communicating intelligence information verbally and in writing. - Minimum 8 years’ experience with data systems such as: NISS, DISS, NCCS, AMPS WebFLIS, and ACCESS or other security and supply-related data systems. - Minimum 8 years’ experience in conducting strategic communications with key stakeholders, including preparing written reports, leading conferences, and giving briefings. - Minimum 8 years’ experience in conducting research effectively and efficiently at classified and unclassified levels (i.e. SharePoint, Microsoft Office Tools, etc.) - Clearance Required: TS/SCI - Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree - Minimum Years of Experience: 8 years - Required Certifications: None, though completion of CI or All-Source courses with CI support experience is desired Preferred Qualifications: - Completion of CI or all-source related course, experience with OSINT, risk assessment, organizational vetting We need to avoid duplication: Bachelor's degree appears twice; we can keep once. We'll create sections:

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category
    • Minimum 8 years’ experience applying data analysis, trend analysis and problem‑solving techniques
    • Knowledgeable of data manipulation within databases and Microsoft software packages
    • Ability to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and recommend solutions (8+ years’ experience)
    • Ability and skill in communicating intelligence information verbally and in writing (8+ years’ experience)
    • Experience with data systems such as NISS, DISS, NCCS, AMPS WebFLIS, ACCESS or other security and supply‑related data systems (8+ years)
    • Experience conducting strategic communications with key stakeholders, including preparing written reports, leading conferences, and giving briefings (8+ years)
    • Experience conducting research effectively and efficiently at classified and unclassified levels (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Office Tools) (8+ years)
    • TS/SCI clearance required
    • Minimum 8 years’ experience
But we have duplicate experience lines; maybe we can combine. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; we can't discard details like "Minimum 8 years’ experience applying data analysis, trend analysis and problem-solving techniques." If we combine into a single bullet that says "Minimum 8 years’ experience applying data analysis, trend analysis and problem‑solving techniques" that's fine. We need to keep each distinct bullet. We'll list each as separate bullet. Preferred Qualifications as Qualifications section.

    Qualifications

    • Completion of CI or all‑source related course
    • Experience with OSINT, risk assessment, organizational vetting
We might also include Skills section but we already covered skills in Requirements. Could add a Skills section summarizing specific skills: data manipulation, Microsoft software, etc. But to avoid thin sections, we can keep Requirements. We also need to include Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands maybe as part of About the role or separate. It's substantive: "Office environment, process/procedure oriented workflows to accommodate for gov requirements. The Contractor will be required to travel CONUS and within the National Capital Region (NCR) during the performance of this contract to attend meetings, conferences, and training. The Contractor may be required to travel to off-site training locations and to ship training aids to these locations in support of this PWS. Reimbursement of transportation, lodging, meals, and incidental expenses are allowable subject to the limitations contained in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 31.205-46 and the limitation of funds specified in this contract. All travel requires Government approval/authorization and notification to the COR. When movement of Contractor personnel is required locally, (i.e., metro) costs will be borne by the Contractor." We could add a section "Work Environment & Travel". But the instruction only lists specific headings; we can add other headings if needed? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could incorporate travel info into About the role or Responsibilities. Probably better to add a short paragraph under About the role. We'll add after the purpose paragraph a paragraph about work environment and travel. Now we need to ensure we removed boilerplate: EEO statements, drug-free workplace,
