Church's Chicken Assistant Manager

About the role

Working under the supervision of the Church’s Manager, the Church’s Assistant Manager (“CAM”) is responsible for supporting the Church’s Manager in the overall operation of the company’s Church’s franchise operating at the location. The CAM shall ensure that the franchise is in compliance with all Church’s requirements and directives along with compliance with all health and food safety guidelines and requirements. Other responsibilities will be direct oversight of Church’s employees, scheduling, inventory ordering and inventory management, and store cleanliness.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
