About the role
The successful candidate will be joining the Road Ranger family at our Canton, TX location as an Assistant Manager for Church's Chicken.
Responsibilities
- Support the Church's Manager in the overall operation of the Church's franchise.
- Ensure compliance with all Church's requirements and directives.
- Comply with all health and food safety guidelines and requirements.
- Direct oversight of Church's employees.
- Scheduling of employees.
- Inventory ordering and management.
- Store cleanliness.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of food service operations and health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
