Church Care Sitters Needed | San Antonio and New Braunfels

About the role

Looking for a rewarding way to spend your Sundays? Jovie is seeking dependable, experienced childcare providers to support church childcare programs throughout the San Antonio area, with occasional opportunities in New Braunfels. This is a great opportunity for caregivers who enjoy working with children in a structured, welcoming environment and are looking for consistent weekly hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, engaging care for children ages 1 year old and older
• Supervise play, activities, and age-appropriate interactions
• Maintain a positive and professional presence while representing Jovie
• Follow church and Jovie childcare policies and procedures

Requirements

• Experience caring for children ages 1+
• Ability to commit to working every Sunday
• Reliable transportation to locations throughout the San Antonio area (and occasional shifts in New Braunfels)
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Passion for working with children and supporting families

Pay

Starting Pay: $16.25/hr (Eligibility for raises based on Performance Review)

Schedule

Every Sunday. Availability required between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Consistent Sunday commitment required.
