2020 Companies is hiring full-time Brand Sales Specialists to represent Chromebook at Best Buy 128 in Reno, NV. This role is perfect for energetic, friendly individuals who love technology and enjoy talking with people. Help customers discover the benefits of Chromebook devices in a fun retail environment while building valuable sales and customer service skills. No extensive sales background is required—we value personality, communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Pay

$19.00 per hour.

Schedule

Wednesday – Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Excite customers by promoting Chromebook.
• Elevate the customer experience by maintaining merchandising standards of all products and displays.
• Identify sales opportunities and support customers with their purchases.
• Train retail staff on Chromebook products, promotions, and messaging.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers and staff, acting as the main point of contact for Chromebook.
• Analyze sales data and market trends within the territory to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
• Monitor inventory levels across retail stores, working closely with the logistics team to ensure adequate stock availability.
• Provide training and product knowledge to retail staff to enhance their ability to sell Chromebooks effectively.
• Manage and adhere to sales budgets, optimizing expenditures to maximize return on investment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally within a retail or consumer goods environment.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Tech savvy and strong working knowledge of G-suite.
• Ability to identify creative solutions for problems.
