The company offers opportunities to learn hands-on skills and grow within a supportive, performance-driven environment.Role Description The Christmas Light Installer is a full-time remote role that focuses on planning and installing holiday lighting and decor for residential and commercial properties. On a day-to-day basis, the installer will communicate with customers and office staff, review installation plans, and travel to job sites to safely set up lights, decorations, and related hardware. Responsibilities include attaching lights and fixtures, troubleshooting electrical issues, and ensuring installations meet company safety and quality standards. The installer will also remove and store lights at the end of the season, maintain tools and equipment, and document work through photos and reports. The role requires regular on-site work in the assigned service area.Qualifications Ability to work safely at heights, including on ladders and roofs, and to lift, carry, and move equipment as needed.Basic understanding of exterior holiday lighting, including handling electrical cords, timers, and fixtures, and willingness to learn company installation methods.Strong customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.Reliable time management and organizational skills to follow schedules, meet deadlines, and complete detailed installation plans.Comfort using smartphones or tablets for navigation, job documentation, messaging, and basic remote coordination.Valid driver’s license, consistent access to transportation to reach meeting location, and a clean, professional appearance while on location.Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and adapt to changing job requirements throughout the holiday season.Previous experience in exterior cleaning, construction, landscaping, or similar hands-on work is beneficial but not required.Commitment to safe work practices, adherence to company policies, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
