Christian After School Leader

Responsibilities

• Foster youth development in an after school setting by leading elementary students in enrichment activities.
• Be a role model to kids in the community.

Requirements

• At least 17 years old.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred, with some post-secondary training highly preferred.
• Passing CPR/First Aid certification (mandatory).
• Mandatory background/sex offender check.
• Valid driver’s license or valid ID.
• Dependable transportation.
• Spanish-speaking ability greatly valued.

• Desire to influence, impact, and serve the kids and families in the community.

Skills

• Passion and love for working with elementary school-aged children.
• Experience working with elementary school-aged children preferred.

Benefits

• Non-exempt, part-time position averaging 17-20 hours per week during the school calendar year.
