About the role
This role plays a crucial part in the manufacturing process, specifically in building spa shells that are designed to last for years.
Responsibilities
- Operate chop gun equipment to apply fiberglass and resin to spa shells.
- Ensure every shell receives the correct laminate thickness for long-lasting strength.
- Follow established production processes to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
- Inspect your work and verify laminate thickness throughout production.
- Help eliminate air pockets and ensure materials bond properly to create a durable finished product.
- Work closely with your teammates to maintain a steady production flow.
- Prepare materials and equipment for the next production cycle.
- Aid in rolling, patching, mixing materials, and other lamination tasks as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency without sacrificing quality.

Pay
