Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive new patient evaluations and re-exams
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals
• Provide chiropractic adjustments and manual therapy (ART, Graston, Shockwave, Dry Needling and acupuncture if certified, FRC, SFMA, and function rehab)
• Deliver soft tissue treatments and rehab-based care
• Prescribe home exercise and mobility programs
• Treat sports injuries, overuse conditions, and performance limitations
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
• Communicate with support staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver excellent patient outcomes

Requirements

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree and active Connecticut license (or ability to obtain)
• Interest or experience in sports medicine and rehab care
• Soft tissue therapy and/or needling experience preferred
• Passion for movement-based healthcare and results-driven treatment
