MCR Chiropractic is seeking a Clinical Chiropractor to join our team.
About the Role
We are looking for a licensed chiropractor to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in our clinic. The ideal candidate will have a passion for holistic health, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to ongoing education in chiropractic techniques and wellness.
Responsibilities
- Perform chiropractic adjustments and manipulations using a variety of techniques (e.g., Gonstead, McKenzie Method, Flexion Distraction, Webster Technique).
- Conduct patient screenings, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide soft tissue therapies, including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, and dry needling.
- Offer lifestyle and nutritional advice to support patient wellness.
- Administer adjunctive therapies such as cupping, muscle stimulation (E-stim), and stretching/strengthening exercises.
- Manage care for patients with acute and chronic conditions, including back pain, neck pain, headaches, sports injuries, pregnancy-related pain, and workplace injuries.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers and participate in group health talks or community outreach.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Provide pediatric chiropractic care and chronic pain management as needed.
Requirements
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
- Active state chiropractic license in good standing.
- Proficiency in a range of chiropractic techniques and therapies.
- Experience with or willingness to learn specialized techniques (e.g., Webster Technique for prenatal care, McKenzie Method for disc conditions).
- Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
