About the role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Chiropractor to join our established practice full‑time. The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness care, eager to grow their patient base, and committed to personal and professional development while working collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient exams and evaluations, including medical history, physical exam, and review of pertinent records, imaging, and reports
• Take and review X‑rays
• Formulate diagnoses and treatment plans
• Provide patient education on diagnoses, treatment options, healthy lifestyle advice, lifestyle modifications, and rehab/therapy modalities
• Assist patients with rehabilitation treatments and modalities
• Perform chiropractic manual therapy
• Document progress notes and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with other doctors of chiropractic and staff to deliver comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
• Active chiropractic license in Virginia

Compensation

Base salary range $100,000–$200,000 with an uncapped bonus potential based on a highly achievable commission structure.
