About the role

Responsibilities
- Treat fewer than 8 clients per day in a one-on-one care model.
- Work with engaged clients focused on movement, performance, and proactive care.
- Practice in a collaborative clinical environment with ongoing case discussions and peer learning.
- Deliver thoughtful 1:1 care through strong clinical reasoning, personalized treatment, and meaningful client relationships.
- Own your caseload through proactive communication, follow-up, and accountability to client outcomes and clinic growth.
- Take initiative in supporting community engagement, referral relationships, and raising the standard of care.
- Bring curiosity, professionalism, and a growth mindset to mentorship, feedback, and continued development.
Requirements
- Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited program.
- Active or eligible chiropractic license in California.
- Strong commitment to high-quality assessment, hands-on care, and movement-based treatment.
- Interest in working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional, clinical, and business development.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients and teammates.
Qualifications
