We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full-time in Indianapolis, IN. We seek a passionate professional who enjoys working closely with patients, building long-term relationships, and delivering high-quality, individualized care. Ideal candidates have knowledge of rehab and soft tissue treatment and familiarity with Motion Palpation Institute training. Must be a skilled adjuster with an excellent bedside manner, a team player, and dedicated to patient health and wellness goals.

Our integrated clinics offer ART, Graston, SFMA, DNS, acupuncture, dry needling, chiropractic, cryotherapy, and IV therapies, creating a comprehensive healing environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform initial exams and re-exams, including medical history, focused physical exams, and review of imaging/documents/reports
- Take and review diagnostic imaging/X-rays
- Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
- Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
- Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment plan options, pre/post-treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches/exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
- Provide chiropractic care, including adjustments, ART, Graston, SFMA, DNS, acupuncture, dry needling, rehab, and various therapies/modalities
- Supervise and advise Chiropractic Assistants on patient care, exercises, and rehab
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation and charting
- Collaborate with the team and support staff for comprehensive patient care
- Follow up with patients to ensure treatment goals are met and perform reassessments
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) program
- Active Chiropractic license in Indiana
- Knowledge of rehab and soft tissue treatment
- Familiarity with Motion Palpation Institute training (a plus)

$120,000 base salary (average associate salary at 1 year) with performance bonuses.
