About the role

LifeClinic's mission is to restore, maintain, and optimize human function and performance. As a chiropractor, you’ll provide adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehab exercises inside Life Time facilities. The clinic operates in 75+ locations (expanding to 200) with a 30‑minute, 1:1 patient‑visit model serving a health‑conscious, primarily cash‑based patient base. You’ll benefit from schedule flexibility (reduce work days or clinic hours once a revenue target is met), a proven blueprint, and extensive training.

Responsibilities

• Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) tailored to each patient.
• Design and guide patients through rehab exercise programs, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients.
• Present personalized care plans (including financial and scheduling options) and build long‑term relationships through consistent follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate, timely SOAP note documentation.
• Manage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communications.
• Collaborate with Life Time staff and other healthcare professionals for integrated care delivery.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong clinical knowledge: spinal/extremity adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and rehab exercise protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort promoting services and converting consultations into ongoing care.
• Familiarity with EHR and scheduling software.
• Ability to balance clinical and administrative duties in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented with a commitment to a high‑quality, empathetic patient experience.

Pay

• Starting salary: $80,000, up to $90,000 based on experience and qualifications.
• Monthly incentive tied to performance metrics.
• Total cash compensation potential: $150,000+ per year.

Schedule

• Schedule flexibility: ability to reduce work days or clinic hours once a revenue target is met.
• Expectation to work 50+ hours/week and Saturday mornings while building up the client base (typically ~6 months).
