About the role

LifeClinic’s mission is to restore, maintain, and optimize human function and performance. As a chiropractor, you’ll provide adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehab exercises inside Life Time facilities. The practice model features 30‑minute, 1:1 patient visits with a health‑conscious, primarily cash‑based patient base. Schedule flexibility is available once a revenue target is met, and the role includes a proven blueprint and extensive training.

Pay

This position starts at a salary of $80,000 and may be increased based on experience and qualifications. It is also eligible for a monthly incentive based on achievement of monthly performance metrics, with total cash compensation potential of $150,000+ per year.

Responsibilities

• Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) tailored to each patient
• Design and guide patients through rehab exercise programs, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients
• Present personalized care plans (including financial and scheduling options) and build long‑term relationships through consistent follow‑up
• Maintain accurate, timely SOAP note documentation
• Manage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communications
• Collaborate with Life Time staff and other healthcare professionals for integrated care delivery

Skills

• Strong clinical knowledge: spinal/extremity adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and rehab exercise protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort promoting services and converting consultations into ongoing care
• Familiarity with EHR and scheduling software
• Ability to balance clinical and administrative duties in a fast‑paced environment
• Team‑oriented with a commitment to a high‑quality, empathetic patient experience

Schedule

• Schedule flexibility (e.g., reduce work days or clinic hours) once revenue target is met
• Expectation to work 50+ hours/week and on Saturday mornings while building up client base to achieve performance goals (typically ~6 months)
