We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Chiropractor to join our practice full-time in Fort Wayne, Indiana. We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated provider who enjoys working collaboratively with an experienced team that has proudly served the community for over 30 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized, patient-centered care
• Collaborate with an experienced team to provide manual chiropractic care, soft tissue therapy, and functional rehabilitation
• Care for a diverse patient population, including competitive athletes, active families, and individuals managing chronic conditions
• Participate in ongoing learning opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and collaborative work environment

Requirements

• Current license to practice chiropractic medicine in Indiana
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred, but not required for recent graduates
• Passion for providing quality, consistent, and patient-centered care
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited institution
• Completed residency program in chiropractic if applicable
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Commitment to lifelong learning and professional development

Pay

Base salary: $85,000–$90,000 (depending on experience)

Quarterly bonus compensation up to $20,000 annually

Total compensation potential: $95,000–$110,000
