About the role

We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our wellness-focused Family Chiropractic practice in Fairlawn, OH (a suburb of Akron). We seek a Chiropractor passionate about working closely with patients, creating long-term relationships, and providing high-quality, individualized care. The ideal candidate enjoys focusing on Chiropractic principles and educating patients on wellness lifestyle habits.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
• Take and review diagnostic imaging/X-rays as needed
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
• Provide patient education on diagnosis, pre- and post-treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Administer chiropractic care, including adjustments (Diversified, Thompson) and various therapies/modalities
• Documentation and charting (timely and accurate notes)
• Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
• Patient follow-up to ensure treatment goals are met, including reassessments
• Assist with outreach marketing to increase patient base

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
• Active Chiropractic license in Ohio

Schedule

• Full-time (4-day work week)
• No weekends

Pay

$80,000–$110,000 base salary, with some associates earning over $200,000 through bonus compensation.
