About the role
We are seeking a Chiropractor / Clinic Director to join our established and growing personal injury practice in the Cincinnati area. This is a long-term opportunity where you can focus on patient care instead of marketing, with no outside marketing, screenings, or business development required. The practice is high-volume and well-organized, with proven systems already in place.
Responsibilities
- Perform new patient examinations and evaluations
- Review X-rays and diagnostic findings
- Develop and explain individualized treatment plans
- Perform chiropractic adjustments using Diversified and other techniques
- Provide therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation
- Utilize physiotherapy modalities
- Order MRI studies when appropriate
- Monitor patient progress and modify care plans
- Complete re-examinations and clinical documentation
- Prepare narrative reports and maintain accurate patient records
- Communicate with attorneys regarding patient progress when necessary
- Work closely with the billing department
- Help lead and mentor chiropractic assistants and participate in team meetings

Requirements
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC)
- Active Chiropractic license (Ohio preferred or ability to obtain)
- Strong adjusting skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Team-oriented attitude
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Passion for helping patients recover from injury
- Previous clinical experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right doctor
