Chiropractic Manager

About the role

We are hiring a seasoned Chiropractor Manager to support and oversee multiple Denver metro clinics. This role is designed for experienced providers who are confident in both patient care and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as needed
• Support chiropractors in maintaining best practices
• Monitor clinic metrics and operational performance
• Partner with ownership to drive growth initiatives
• Lead performance conversations and coaching sessions
• Ensure documentation compliance and workflow consistency

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic
• Active Colorado chiropractic license
• NBCE Parts I–IV completed
• Malpractice eligibility
• Ability to travel between clinic locations

Compensation & Benefits

• $425 per day ($110,500 annually)
