Chiropractic Doctor in Beautiful Colorado
About the role
Thrive Health Systems is seeking Chiropractors to fill the role of Lead Doctors. These positions are designed for doctors who are 2-4 years out of school and ready to develop their own practice, dedicating approximately 20 hours a week to treatment and 20 hours a week to administration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive health care plans
- Manage patient goals and outcomes effectively
- Diagnose and treat various health conditions beyond chiropractic adjustments
- Implement a full health care philosophy that addresses 80% of chronic illnesses affecting Americans
- Utilize advanced technology such as Google Suite, EHR, spreadsheets, digital x-rays, and more
- Communicate and sell effectively to patients and the public
- Show leadership and high social skills
- Help patients understand their condition and motivate them to take action
- Manage finances and assist patients in accessing the care they need
- Show integrity and commitment to excellence in all aspects of practice
