The Joint Chiropractic offers a unique operating model designed to support chiropractors in achieving their career goals. This includes full-time clinic director positions available Monday through Friday, offering flexibility and the potential for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients; and reviewing x-rays, when necessary.
• Evaluate patients' neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine neuromusculoskeletal and spine-related conditions.
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, in order to correct the musculoskeletal system, where necessary.
• Provide education on the quality of life benefits of routine chiropractic care while recommending a course of treatment with a focus on memberships and packages.
• Maintain accurate case histories and timely patient records.
• Develop a professional relationship with each patient based on honesty, trust, and empathy.
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships.
• Recommend membership packages.

Qualifications

• A 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
• A Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
• Valid Chiropractic license in good standing with the state of Missouri.
• Fully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in Missouri.

Pay

$65,000 - $75,000 with bonus
