Responsibilities
- Operate chip seal equipment safely and efficiently
- Apply chip seal material according to specifications
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of work areas
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Physical ability to perform manual labor
- Knowledge of chip seal procedures and safety practices
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of construction-related experience
- Experience operating heavy machinery
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Skills
- Proficient in using chip seal equipment
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
