Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized coaching in Chinese pronunciation, tone, and intonation for learners at varying skill levels.
• Develop and facilitate tailored voice training sessions, ensuring each participant achieves their unique communication goals.
• Audit learners’ speech patterns and provide actionable feedback to drive measurable improvement.
• Design engaging lesson materials and exercises, utilizing both written and verbal communication methods.
• Utilize digital platforms to deliver training remotely, maintaining a motivating and interactive environment.
• Track progress and adjust coaching strategies to meet client needs and maximize learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with the customer’s team to continually refine voice coaching methodologies and share insights.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Chinese, with clear and precise pronunciation.
• Demonstrated experience in voice coaching, language instruction, or a related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for helping others develop these abilities.
• Strong understanding of Mandarin phonetics, linguistic nuances, and voice projection techniques.
• Proficiency with remote communication and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
• Self-motivated, organized, and adept at managing multiple clients or sessions effectively.
• Ability to adapt teaching approaches to cater to diverse learning styles and proficiency levels.
