About the role

You’ll have the opportunity to experience the entire business life cycle of a private company from inception to growth, maturity and transition. Our team helps our clients design and implement personal and customised service plans that are unique to privately owned entities, entrepreneurs, and high net worth individuals. You’ll be assisting the team focus on key issues like wealth management, compliance, cash flow management, equity expansion, divestiture and exit strategies.

Responsibilities
- Supervise, develop, and coach teams
- Manage client service accounts and engagement workstreams
- Solve and analyze complex problems for top-quality deliverables
- Adopt a practical and holistic approach for private companies

- Lead contract maintenance and renewals

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 4 years of experience
- CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Chinese

- Proficiency in US entities with operations in China
- Building and maintaining client relationships

Pay
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $266,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
