Benefits

• A sign-on bonus of $4.944 is available for the successful applicant, paid in two installments within 12 months of hire: $2,472 within 30 days of hire date and $2,472 12 months after hire date.

Responsibilities

• Assigned to Chilled Water Production, responsible for air-cooled and water-cooled chiller systems.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot technical problems (both control and mechanical), and make repairs and upgrades to chillers to maintain reliability.
• Address repairs including inspections and teardowns of chillers as needed.
• Understand how large chillers operate (centrifugal, scroll, and screw).
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance procedures and repairs of cooling towers, pumps, motors, air compressors, and auxiliary equipment that contribute to chilled water production.
• Perform other job-related duties as required by the supervisor.
