About the role
Soccer Shots is the #1 Children’s Fitness franchise in the country. We operate in daycares, preschools, community centers, etc... all over Broome, Cortland, Chemung, Chenango, Tioga, and Tompkins Counties. We have sessions running Monday through Friday, and Saturday mornings. There is some flexibility in scheduling; however, once your schedule is set with us, it won’t change. You’ll be at the same locations at the same time each week, and we need you to be committed for the entire season.
Responsibilities
- Coaching children aged 3-5 years old
- Creating a fun and exciting atmosphere for children
- Following a lesson plan and maintaining appropriate order for the age group
- Ensuring the safety of children under your care
- Engaging with children through positive affirmations
- Being organized and systematic in routine
- Being responsible and committed to your role as the coach
Requirements
- Enjoy working with children
- Pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check
Qualifications
- Some soccer skills and familiarity with the game
- Commitment to being a positive influence on children
