What You'll Do
- Help children with daily tasks like eating, dressing, and personal care.
- Maximize resident engagement by fostering meaningful interactions and building strong, trusting relationships.
- Provide emotional support and encouragement as they work on skills like communication and social interaction.
- Be a safe and trusted person to transport them to medical appointments, therapy, and fun community outings.
- Collaborate with families and medical staff to ensure each child’s unique care plan is followed.

About You
- A high school diploma or equivalent is a plus but not required (experience in this field is a bonus, but not required!).
- You’re caring, patient, and ready to help children achieve their goals.
- You’re eager to learn and grow with the team (we provide all the training you need, including CPR and First Aid certifications).
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
Compensation
- Base Pay: Starting at $18.50 per hour without experience.
- Shift Differential: Earn up to $3 per hour extra for weekend shifts, $2 per hour extra for evening shifts, and $1 per hour extra for overnight shifts, allowing you to increase your earnings based on your availability.
- Education & Experience Incentives: Earn extra hourly incentives for educational degrees, specific licenses such as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), And/or Years Of Experience.
