About the role
If you love kids, enjoy moving, and being active in your job while having a ton of fun, you may be the person we are looking for!
Responsibilities
- Introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play, all within The Little Gym's unique learning environment.
- Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!)
- Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
- Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the Children in each class.
- Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day – EVERY WEEK!
- Children walk out of our classes more confident than when they walked in every single day.
- You’ll get your steps in and close your activity rings while you work because you’ll be moving all day.
- We develop lifelong skills and provide professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Background in coaching gymnastics or relatable skills (dance, sports skills or karate).
- Ability to build long last relationships with Little Gym Families.
- Recent experience and confidence with sales and customer service.
