Children's Gymnastics Instructor

Responsibilities

• Lead and instruct gymnastics classes for children ages 3 to 12 years old
• Implement proven lesson plans that focus on skill development and progression
• Provide a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Communicate effectively with parents and provide feedback on student progress
• Assist with special events, birthday parties, and other gym activities

Requirements

• You love having fun, like giving high 5’s, and can play like a child!
• You live to serve! Making others feel good makes you feel good.
• Kids really like you, but their parents really like you too.
• You were voted most likely to be in a good mood by your high school classmates.
• You love to have fun, but you know when to buckle down and do work.
• You’ll get your steps in and close your activity rings while you work because you’ll be moving all day.

Qualifications

• Prior experience coaching gymnastics, children's sports or working with children in a similar setting
• Knowledge of basic gymnastics techniques and terminology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work either evenings or mornings and at least one weekend day
• Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
