Children's Gymnastics & Development Instructor
About the role
The Little Gym of Fort Worth Southwest is a premier child development center that uses gymnastics, movement, and purposeful play to help children build confidence, develop new skills, and grow physically, socially, and emotionally. We are looking for a dependable, professional, and energetic individual who is interested in becoming a long-term member of our team. This is not simply a temporary coaching position—we are looking for someone who wants to build relationships with children and families, take ownership of their role, and grow with our business. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, communicates confidently with adults, takes pride in providing an exceptional customer experience, and is looking for a position where they can make a meaningful impact every day. Why Work at The Little Gym? There is something special about watching a child accomplish something they didn't believe they could do. Our instructors have the opportunity to become an important part of children's lives while building meaningful relationships with the families we serve. You will see children develop confidence, overcome challenges, learn new skills, and grow—sometimes over the course of many years. We work hard, stay active, support one another, and have fun, but we also take our responsibility to our members and our community seriously. For the right person, this position offers the opportunity to become an established member of our team and grow into additional responsibilities and leadership opportunities over time. All associated locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee; hiring decisions are made by the franchise management.
