About the role
As a part of The Little Gym team, you will be part of a family dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe.
Responsibilities
- Complete and oversee daily admin tasks such as contacting parents, intro class follow ups, event scheduling and more.
- Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!)
- Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
- Oversee the full breadth of offered programs to ensure the extremely high standards of The Little Gym International are met
- Oversee training and evaluation of your fellow The Little Gym team members
- Work with Management team to ensure the facility is meeting standards.
Requirements
- You’re totally open to being a goofball and love giving high 5’s.

Qualifications
- You have a passion for working with children
- You have a strong desire to see children succeed
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You have a positive attitude and a can-do spirit
- You have a background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics (though not required)
