About the role

The Little Gym is seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes and run birthday parties on weekends
• Coordinate with families to ensure magical birthday experiences
• Provide outstanding customer service and member experience
• Lead positively and make a difference in the growth and development of children and families
• Be ready to be a goofball and give high fives
• Manage all aspects of birthday parties with families

Requirements

• Background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development or education
• Open to being a goofball and love giving high fives
• Love to have fun but know when to buckle down and do work
• Kids and parents walk out of classes more confident than when they walked in
• Move all day while working

Qualifications

• Experience in child development, physical education, or gymnastics
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with children and families
• Willingness to lead and make a difference
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service

• Excellent communication skills
