About the role

The Little Gym is seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team as instructors. This role offers a unique opportunity to teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes and run birthday parties on weekends
• Coordinate with families to ensure magical birthday experiences
• Provide outstanding customer service and member experience
• Lead positively in the growth and development of children and families
• Be ready to lead and make a difference in the community
• Have a background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development, or education
• Enjoy working with children and parents
• Have a positive attitude and be ready to have fun while doing work
• Help children and parents feel confident after each class
• Move around all day while working
• Enjoy a fun and supportive work environment

Requirements

• Background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development, or education
• Ability to work weekends and evenings
• Positive attitude and willingness to lead
• Experience with child development and physical education

Qualifications

• Open to being a goofball and loving to give high fives
• Willingness to make others feel good
• Ability to balance fun with work responsibilities
• Experience with movement-based learning and imaginative play
