Children's Fitness and Multi-Sports Coach

About the role

We're looking for fun‑loving, part‑time coaches to bring joy to children aged 2‑8 across the Augusta and CSRA area. You’ll lead exciting classes at preschools, schools, and recreational parks, spreading smiles and laughter while enjoying a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead classes for children aged 2‑8 at preschools, schools, and recreational parks.
• Guide little adventurers through exciting, playful activities.
• Travel to various locations using your own reliable transportation.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Enthusiasm for sports, fitness, and working with kids.
• Experience with children (camp counselor, substitute teacher, coach, etc.) is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to undergo a background check.

Benefits

• Part‑time position.
• Pay: $20 per hour (starting at $17) with opportunities for bonus pay and advancement.

Schedule

• Flexible hours: 12‑20 hours per week.
• Classes run Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Typically no more than 2‑3 classes per day, each lasting 35‑45 minutes.
